Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms explain how to shop with Protien Hub and the responsibilities that apply to UK orders.

1. About these terms

Protien Hub is the trading name used at protienhub.shop for our online beauty and personal-care device store. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the store. “You” means the customer or website visitor. Our business contact details appear below and in our Legal Notice.

We currently accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom only. These terms are written in English. You can save or print this page for your records. The terms in effect when your order is accepted apply to that order.

2. Product information and choosing a device

Review the description, available options, compatibility information and price before ordering. Select the colour, plug or other variant you need. Images illustrate the product; screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not remove our obligation to supply goods matching their description.

Contact us before purchase if information about a particular model or its suitability is unclear. Follow the safety and operating instructions supplied with the actual device. Do not use a damaged device or use a product outside its stated intended purpose. General website information is not personalised medical advice and does not create a promise that a device diagnoses, treats or prevents disease.

3. Placing an order

  1. Select your product and variant, then add it to the cart.
  2. Check quantities, your email and delivery details, and correct any errors.
  3. Review the delivery option, payment method and final total at checkout.
  4. Submit the order using the payment button, which creates an obligation to pay if we accept the order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. The initial order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Payment authorisation or collection alone does not mean an unavailable item has been accepted for supply.

If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or there is an obvious material pricing error, we will explain the issue and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

4. Prices and payment

Our UK store prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Review the final order total, including any applicable taxes, before paying. Standard UK shipping is free. Optional charges will be shown before purchase and require your agreement.

Use a payment method you are authorised to use. The available methods are those displayed at checkout and can depend on the provider or device. We may carry out reasonable payment and fraud checks. See our Payment Policy for failed payments, authorisations and refunds.

5. Delivery and ownership

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, giving an estimated total of 4–7 business days. Our daily cut-off is midnight UK time. Full details and delivery support are in the Shipping Policy.

You own the goods once we have received full payment. Responsibility for loss or damage normally passes when you or your nominated recipient physically receives them. If delivery is delayed or fails, contact us. Nothing here limits your legal rights to delivery, cancellation or a remedy.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel before or after dispatch. Our Return & Refund Policy covers the voluntary 30-day return window, statutory cancellation rights, free UK return postage for change-of-mind and faulty-item returns, and refunds. We email prepaid return labels for returns to 157 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8WQ, United Kingdom.

Goods must satisfy applicable consumer-law standards. Voluntary return conditions, hygiene exceptions and manufacturer guarantees do not override legal remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Website use and content

You may use the website for lawful browsing, personal shopping and customer support. Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or interfere with the site. Keep any account access details secure and contact us if you suspect misuse.

Website branding, photographs, design and written content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may save information needed for personal shopping or your order records; other reuse requires permission or a legal right. Third-party links are provided for relevant information and are subject to those providers’ terms.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is used, including order fulfilment, support, Shopify services, cookies and your data-protection choices.

9. Liability and your consumer rights

We are responsible for losses for which we are legally liable, including foreseeable loss caused by a breach of these terms or a failure to use reasonable care. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Events outside our reasonable control may affect performance. We will explain a material delay and the options available. Such events do not remove mandatory refund or cancellation rights.

10. Complaints and governing law

Contact support with your order number, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and explain our response. If it remains unresolved, you can seek independent consumer advice and use the dispute-resolution or court rights available to you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK. This does not prevent consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland from relying on their applicable protections or bringing proceedings in their local courts where entitled.

11. Updates

We may update these terms for future orders and publish the revised date above. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as the law permits.
