What to include

Existing orders: your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue.
Product questions: the product name or link and the variant you are considering.
Delivery enquiries: the order number and any relevant tracking information.
Faults or incorrect items: a description of the problem and photographs where helpful. Stop using an item if it appears unsafe.

Cancellations and returns

To stop dispatch, contact us as soon as possible and clearly state that you want to cancel. A request to stop dispatch does not limit statutory cancellation rights. We email a free prepaid return label and instructions for all eligible UK returns, including change-of-mind and faulty-item returns. Returns are sent to Protien Hub, 157 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8WQ, United Kingdom.

Complaints and follow-up

If you are unhappy with an order or our service, tell us what happened and the outcome you would like. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
